Procurement & Storage

First harvest procurement at MSP, cold room activation, branded outlet counter setup and NGO partner activation for advisory services.

Month 5-6

Retail & Price Stability

All 10 outlets operational, strategic release during lean periods, consumer price monitoring and first farmer bonus cycle digitally disbursed.
